At Junk Swagger, we carefully curate vintage treasures, create handmade pieces with love, and design unique digital printables. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or instantly downloadable, our return policy is a little different than that of a large retail store.

Vintage & Handmade Items

Due to the unique nature of vintage and handmade goods, all sales are final.

We do our very best to accurately describe each item and photograph any wear, imperfections, or signs of age. Vintage items are expected to show character, and those imperfections are part of their charm.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Digital Printables

Because digital files are available immediately after purchase, all digital printable sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your files, please reach out, and we'll be happy to help.

Shipping Policy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Junk Swagger is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or deliveries made to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the carrier. While every order is carefully packaged, Junk Swagger is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delays that occur while your package is in the carrier's possession.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and retain all original packaging. We will gladly provide any information or documentation needed to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier, when applicable.
